Reasons For Ink Fingerprinting

FDLE Background Checks

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)  requires ink fingerprinting cards to perform a background check before completing a background check.

Out of State Requirements

You may need to get your fingerprints taken when applying for a license or background check for a state you do not live in.

In this case, you must submit a fingerprint card that meets that specific state's requirement.

FBI Background Checks

Many federal agencies still require traditional fingerprint cards for federal requests and employment applications.
